- Standards for RTOs 2025 (effective from 1 July 2025)
- National VET Data Policy and AVETMISS reporting framework
Under these standards:
- All student data must be securely retained and reported for Total VET Activity (TVA) reporting
- This obligation applies even if a student withdraws or elects not to receive certification
- Where a USI is not provided, this is recorded with a designated placeholder in AVETMISS datasets
These requirements ensure integrity in national VET data reporting and compliance with our RTO registration under the Standards for RTOs 2025.
