Course Information
How does the 'Express' assessment work?
Our Express model respects your time. You complete the theory portion online at your own pace (approx 30 – 90 minutes) before attending a short, focused practical session. This reduces face-to-face time to just 30 mins for CPR, 60 mins for First Aid & 90 mins for Childcare First Aid.
How long is my certificate valid for?
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid & HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (Childcare First Aid) is valid for 3 years. The CPR component (HLTAID009) is valid for 1 year & is recommended to be refreshed every 12 months in accordance with Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.

Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your session via the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
